Role description

UF Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist II to support our Healthcare & Medical Services team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered surgical care. The Surgical Technologist II prepares operating rooms, ensures proper sterilization and availability of instruments, and anticipates the needs of surgeons and nurses during procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining aseptic technique, managing surgical supplies and equipment, and assisting with patient positioning and room turnover. This role collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced academic medical center that values innovation, diversity, and continuous learning.
