Technology Solution Architect | Leading International Law Firm | London (Hybrid) | Up to £120kI’m working with a leading international law firm who are looking for a Senior Technology Solution Architect to join their growing Technology function.This is a key hire reporting directly into the Head of Architecture, with the opportunity to help shape and mature the architecture capability across the organisation. This role is suited to an experienced architect who can combine strong technical expertise with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, communicate complex ideas clearly, and help drive technology decisions across the business.The Role:You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise solutions across a complex technology landscape. This is a hands‑on architecture role where you’ll be expected to work closely with technical teams, understand implementation challenges, and help shape solutions from concept through to delivery.Alongside the technical responsibilities, you’ll also work with senior stakeholders to communicate architectural decisions, explain technical trade-offs, and influence technology direction across the business.Key Responsibilities:Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business objectives, architecture standards and security principlesProduce solution designs, architecture documentation and technical recommendationsDefine integration patterns, APIs, data flows and scalable solution approachesWork closely with engineering, cloud, data, security and delivery teamsSupport technology decisions including build vs buy recommendations and technical strategyPresent architectural recommendations and communicate technical concepts to senior stakeholdersHelp shape architecture frameworks, standards and best practices across the organisationWhat They’re Looking For:Strong experience within Solution Architecture, with the ability to operate across broader architecture discussionsExperience designing solutions across multiple technology domains including cloud, data, applications and integrationStrong Microsoft/Azure ecosystem experience, with the ability to design and deliver solutions across cloud, integration, data and security domainsExperience operating as a hands‑on Solution Architect who can balance technical delivery with wider architectural thinking and senior stakeholder engagementExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiencesExperience working within complex enterprise environmentsSomeone who is comfortable operating autonomously and helping build an evolving architecture capabilityLegal, Professional services, financial services or other regulated industry experience would be beneficialSQL Server and enterprise data platformsEnterprise integration platforms and APIsCloud security principlesModern architecture and DevOps practicesSalary: Up to £120,000 (flexible for exceptional candidates)
