Technical Lead - Nuclear Equipment

About The Role
Welcome to our Field Service Department, Nordic Reactor Services. We are approximately 60 employees who work with service and maintenance of nuclear fuel and systems in nuclear power plants. We provide services that are often carried out on site but also involve our deliveries of tools and equipment. Our customers are nuclear power plants in Europe, Asia, and US, with focus on Sweden and Finland. The projects have relatively short cycles, and the tasks and technologies often have a more practical than theoretical application. The services we provide typically include different specialized equipment with a need of maintenance and modifications and sometimes require new tailormade solutions. You will report to the Manager Nordic Reactor Services Product and Project. You will be located in Västerås Sweden, but you will visit our suppliers, customers and partners a few times per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical scope in commercial projects
- Technical support for business opportunities and tenders
- Technical documentation and document control
- Risk- & Requirement management
- Manage Internal projects for developing methods and equipment
- Build knowledge of our equipment and how to use it
- Support maintenance of existing equipment
- Technical support at customer site or supplier
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in development- and delivery projects in a regulated environment
- Master's degree in a technical field
- Experience in mechanical design and related tools (3D CAD and PDM)
- Drivers licence
- Very good English and Swedish language skills
Nice to have
- Experience from the nuclear industry
- Experience in Creo / Windchill
- Experience in project management
