Position Responsibilities
- Understand your partner’s business and their Digital Workspace go‑to‑market strategy.
- Engage regularly with technology decision makers in your partner (solution architects, pre‑sales engineers, delivery managers and consultants), build relationships, evangelise Omnissa solutions and provide domain expertise to assist in closing business.
- Demonstrate strong customer and partner‑facing experience and relationship‑building skills.
- Engage regularly with partner business managers to ensure alignment on activities within your partners.
- Enable and manage partners to deliver product value demonstrations, ensuring they have access to the correct resources and can deliver these at a high calibre, keeping up to date with our solutions.
- Deliver bespoke technical enablement sessions to both sales and technical teams in your partners, ensuring the sessions are relevant and well attended.
- Be present with your partner by working from their offices on a regular basis to forge and maintain relationships, keeping our solutions front of mind.
- Track partner progress with education and certifications, ensuring they have the right skills to deliver the required services.
- Ensure partners have access to and understand our delivery best practices for solution implementation and adoption.
- Track and support partner‑owned opportunities.
- Work with your partner business manager to have visibility of the technical validation process and provide necessary guidance to the partner technical team.
- Provide feedback into sales and solution engineering management on partner‑run opportunities, particularly around forecasting status and next steps.
- Ensure partner feedback is represented in product management and other areas of the business, including setting up partner briefing sessions and quarterly reviews with the partner business manager.
- Support partner marketing department with campaigns and events, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with the partner.
Position Requirements
- Proficient in English – both written and spoken.
- Fluent in Dutch.
- 3+ years EUC pre‑sales experience or 5+ years EUC as a technology delivery consultant.
- Experience in the EUC partner ecosystem is desired, but not essential.
- Experienced in subscription‑based go‑to‑market and customer adoption management.
- Proven background in two or more of the following technologies:
- Desktop Virtualization: Omnissa Horizon, Citrix VAD or Microsoft AVD.
- Mobile Device Management: Android, iOS, Zebra or other rugged device types.
- Desktop Management: Windows, macOS, Google Chrome OS, Linux.
- Identity Access Management: Okta, Ping, Microsoft Azure AD or other SAML authentication.
- Zero‑Trust security model, endpoint protection and enterprise security.
- Experience with Microsoft desktop operating system and Windows application deployment, configuration and management.
- Experience with configuring and deploying mobile device platforms: Omnissa Workspace One, Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, SOTI.
- Physical desktop management: Omnissa Workspace One, Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, IBM.
- SaaS services: Microsoft Azure / AVD, Amazon AWS, Citrix SaaS, Google GCP.
- Possess a strong knowledge of enterprise architecture with background in either the customer or partner landscape.
- Excellent communicator with a can‑do attitude and a real passion for the EUC technology space.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to build and present high‑quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong listening, reasoning and objection‑handling skills.
- Effective in working independently and in a team setting, potentially as a lead.
- Self‑starter with strong interpersonal skills and excellent time‑management and reporting skills.
- Up to 60% travel across various locations and geographies as required, with the ability to travel around Europe and the USA.
