Role description

MCA Engineering Netherlands is an ambitious and fast‑growing high‑tech engineering and consulting organization. Originally French, but now operating in Europe, the secondment of engineers and IT specialists focuses on the design and implementation of innovative systems for large‑scale industrial projects. The NL office is located in Eindhoven, but the ambition is to open multiple locations in the Netherlands. The company is characterized by a 'can‑do' mentality, in which responsibilities lie low in the organization and 'accountability for results' is a natural consequence. At the same time, the focus is on making each other successful and supporting each other, where necessary.

Context

In this position, you will be responsible for building, verifying, and preparing mechatronic and electromechanical assemblies or full systems. Your work ensures that advanced technical products are delivered according to required quality standards, timelines, and operational performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Assembling mechanical, electrical, and electronic parts into complete modules or systems.
• Performing accurate assembly tasks based on technical drawings, instructions, and specifications.
• Executing functional tests, calibrations, and overall system checks.
• Reviewing and recording test outcomes in clear documentation.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during assembly or testing.
• Contributing to the optimization and standardization of assembly workflows and documentation.
• Providing feedback to engineering teams and suggesting design or build improvements.
• Supporting the introduction of new products and related production methods.

What You Bring to the Table

• A completed Secondary Vocational Education (MBO‑4) Mechatronics education or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or Electronics.
• At least 3 years of experience as a technician/prototype technician/service technician in the high‑tech industry.
• Key traits: self‑driven, dependable, team‑oriented, and proactive in improving products and assembly processes.
