Are you ready to drive precision and efficiency at scale? As our Production Lead for Systems, you will empower a team of 30 skilled technicians as they assemble and qualify complex modules. Your leadership ensures that every system meets rigorous QLTC standards—delivering top-tier quality on time and within budget.

Your Impact

• Orchestrate Production Flow: Manage the dynamic load of systems, ensuring every resource—from materials and tooling to personnel is perfectly aligned for success.
• Solve & Optimize: Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement structural improvements to our manufacturing processes.
• Technical Oversight: Navigate technical deviations with expertise, collaborating directly with clients to document and resolve challenges effectively.
• Team Leadership: Champion the quality and continuity of your team, fostering an environment of excellence and professional growth.
• Strategic Partnership: Work in lockstep with the Program Manager to continuously refine QLTC metrics and drive operational transformation.
