The Finance team plays a central role in supporting strategic decision-making and sustainable growth. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple countries and departments, the team delivers financial insights that drive performance and enable continued expansion.
As a Senior Business Controller , you will be a strategic finance partner, providing valuable insights and supporting key business decisions across the organisation.
Your responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior management and business leaders;
- Analysing financial and operational performance indicators;
- Developing financial models, forecasts and business cases;
- Supporting investment decisions and strategic initiatives;
- Leading budgeting and forecasting processes;
- Driving financial performance improvements across the business;
- Identifying risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis;
- Enhancing reporting processes and financial controls;
- Supporting external reporting requirements;
- Coaching and mentoring junior finance colleagues.
You are a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical capabilities and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
In addition, you bring:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience within Business Control, FP&A, Corporate Finance or Consultancy;
- Strong experience with financial modelling and investment analysis;
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience working with large datasets and BI tools;
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities;
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems;
- Fluency in English
