Job Posting Compliance
Jobstoday World SL bears no responsibility or liability for job postings made by employers on the Jobstoday World SL platform. Employers are solely responsible for ensuring that their job postings comply fully with applicable local laws and regulations. Employers must verify that each job description aligns with local employment legislation prior to posting.
Disclaimer of Results and Quality Assurance
Jobstoday World SL makes no guarantees regarding the number, quality, authenticity, or suitability of candidates responding to job postings. Jobstoday World SL undertakes reasonable efforts to attract traffic and applications; however, it explicitly disclaims any liability or responsibility for the actual results of job postings.
In the case of Cost-Per-Application (CPA) services, charges apply solely upon receipt of an application. However, Jobstoday World SL does not guarantee the quality, validity, authenticity, or suitability of such applications and bears no liability for the accuracy or legitimacy of applicant information.

Your Profile must accurately describe you, the individual. Misleading or false profiles are prohibited. Direct solicitation or recruitment through Jobstoday World SL Networking is restricted to protect users from unsolicited commercial messages.
Jobstoday World SL appreciates user feedback regarding services but does not accept unsolicited creative ideas or suggestions. Any such unsolicited submissions become the property of Jobstoday World SL, which may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
8. Additional Terms for Job Seekers
When registering or applying on Jobstoday World SL Sites, you must create an account by providing essential details, including a valid email address ("Your Information").
Your profile must accurately reflect you as an individual. Information should only be included in designated fields; direct contact details such as phone numbers, street addresses, or email addresses are prohibited, except for your last name and URLs.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your profile, thereby opting out of any further applications.

Any additional use, including sharing or selling your data to third parties for commercial purposes, will require your separate, explicit, and informed consent, which you may grant or withdraw freely at any time through your account settings. Consequently, Jobstoday World SL is not responsible for user-generated content, nor the quality, safety, or legality of job postings or CVs, the accuracy of listings, the capacity of employers to provide job opportunities, or the capability of candidates to fill job vacancies.
Jobstoday World SL makes no assurances regarding any jobs, CVs, or user content available on its websites. Although Jobstoday World SL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove user content, job listings, CVs, or other materials, it does not undertake any obligation to do so, and expressly disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability for failing to perform such actions.
Jobstoday World SL also provides a platform for professional and personal networking but does not screen or censor profiles or user content. Jobstoday World SL is not involved in actual communications between users and therefore does not control or warrant the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any profiles or user-generated content posted on its websites.

13.Billing and Payment Terms
Payment Methods: Jobstoday World SL accepts payment via credit card, bank transfer, and other electronic payment methods approved by the company. You must provide accurate and complete billing information and update it promptly upon any changes. If your provided payment method fails, we may immediately suspend or terminate your access to services.
Payment Terms: Charges will be applied according to your chosen service plan or specific campaign agreements. For advertising campaigns, charges occur upon reaching predefined thresholds or at the start of each billing cycle. All payments are due immediately upon invoicing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoicing: Invoices are delivered electronically via email to the address provided upon registration. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and receipt of your invoices. Failure to dispute any charges within 60 days of invoicing constitutes your acceptance of those charges.
Taxes: All listed prices and charges exclude applicable taxes, including VAT (IVA). You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, and government charges. Jobstoday World SL does not assume any liability regarding your tax obligations.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges and additional fees for collection efforts. You agree to reimburse Jobstoday World SL for reasonable attorney’s fees and collection costs incurred due to overdue payments.
