• Professionals who combine subject matter expertise with entrepreneurship and leadership;
• A completed Master's degree (university level);
• At least 6 years of experience as a management consultant at a consulting firm; Senior Managers typically have around 9 years of professional experience;
• Expertise in strategy execution within the energy, water, and/or food sectors;
• In-depth knowledge of topics that are relevant to the transition towards sustainable systems;
• Experience in business development and creating compelling client propositions;
• Experience in leading projects and a genuine motivation to coach and develop others;
• Excellent consulting and AI skills, with strong proficiency in both Dutch and English.

As a Manager or Senior Manager you advise and support organizations that play a crucial role in the energy, water, and food transitions. You work at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and implementation, helping clients address complex challenges that contribute to future-proof systems. You are responsible for the successful delivery of projects and programs, from translating client needs into proposals to achieving impactful results. You lead project teams and support consultants in their professional development. In addition, you identify business opportunities, engage in commercial discussions, and turn opportunities into new projects.
