Repair Technician

Role description

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) seeks a Repair Technician to keep medical and assistive equipment safe, reliable, and ready for those we serve. In this role, you will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair items such as wheelchairs, lifts, and adjustable beds used across LSS programs and in client homes. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, respond to repair requests, maintain parts inventory, and document all work to meet regulatory and organizational standards. Working within a faith-inspired, trauma-informed, and inclusive culture, you’ll collaborate with clinical and program staff to ensure equipment supports client independence and well-being.
