Compensation
Pay range $25-$34/hour
,
commensurate with experience and licensure
What You ll Do
As a
Licensed Veterinary Technician
in our Ophthalmology department, you ll work closely with specialists and clinicians across departments to deliver accurate, high-quality care.
In this role, you will:
Accurately
draw up, calculate, and administer medications
, maintaining patient safety
Utilize and maintain all
monitoring equipment
and troubleshoot when needed
Perform
daily and weekly maintenance
of anesthesia and imaging equipment
Coordinate daily procedures across all departments
Uphold standards related to safety, infection control, and OSHA protocols
Serve as a
patient advocate
, maintaining accurate treatment and anesthesia records
Who We re Looking For:
LVT/CVT/RVT
licensure in good standing or experienced assistant
Ability to
lift 35 45 lbs
and support mobility of larger patients
Strong organizational, teamwork, and time-management skills
A
positive attitude
and commitment to helping pets live their best lives
