About the role
Your strong technical foundation enables you to make sound system‑level decisions and effectively support engineering teams. You align, develop, and own the system architecture for our high‑end power electronic products, ensuring it forms a robust basis for detailed design and implementation. You lead design reviews, resolve cross‑functional technical challenges, and proactively anticipate and mitigate technical risks. In addition, you provide technical leadership to a multidisciplinary team and serve as a key decision maker across multiple technology domains.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team and align the requirements with the customer
- Develop robust system architectures that meet all product, regulatory, and performance requirements
- Explore FTO, determine the IP landscape and create IDFs or patents
- Ensure cross‑functional alignment between system, hardware, software and engineering
- Lead system‑level risk management activities, including DFMEA development
- Create and maintain the system‑level BOM and associated manufacturing cost targets
- Define and drive the system qualification in derived from the requirements, both by design and testing
- Manage change control process, ensuring design updates are well‑documented and communicated

What You Bring
- Deep understanding of high‑end Power electronic systems in the range from 1kW to 1MW
- Robust knowledge to lead alignment with electronics, software and mechanical experts
- Familiar with industry standards and certification in the field of EMC, Safety and Cyber security
- Strong analytical skills to investigate and solve design issues using simulation and qualification tools
- Critical for identifying root causes of performance, reliability, or EMI‑related issues
- Demonstrate ownership of the system design, take initiative to track progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies
- Work effectively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions
