Role description
Drax is seeking a Sustainability Forester to support our renewable energy business by ensuring responsible, certified biomass sourcing. Based near our US operations, you’ll plan and manage sustainable forest harvesting, conduct inventories and growth assessments, and monitor forest health to meet certification and regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate with landowners, loggers, and suppliers, analyze yield and cost data, and prepare documentation for sustainability audits. In this role, you’ll champion Drax’s safety-first, low‑carbon mission while continuously improving field practices across our global biomass supply chain.
