Support Worker - Home from Hospital Location: Redhill, Surrey with travel around the area Hours: 21 Salary: £24,479 per annum pro-rata (£13.45 per hour)

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract Until March 2027

Driving Requirement: A full UK driving license held for a minimum of 2 years is required and access to a vehicle. Business mileage reimbursed.
