The Store Manager will lead, develop and support the sales, operations, and security teams to meet and exceed sales plans while elevating the Tiffany store experience. The Manager is a dynamic, attentive, and inspiring leader who builds relationships with internal and external clients, mentors and coaches, and acts as a Guest Experience Manager to ensure unsurpassed customer service.
Key Accountabilities
Sales
Deepen client relationships to achieve sales plans and drive lifetime loyalty. Motivate the team to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales objectives. Lead client development activities, model sales leadership on the floor, and cultivate new and existing clients across key product pillars.
Service
Elevate the in‑store experience by delivering memorable moments. Use Voice of Client Survey feedback to coach the team on the selling ceremony and ensure Tiffany client experience expectations are met. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and act on performance and client feedback to improve service.
Operational Excellence
Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service. Manage an efficient back‑of‑house, enforce operational procedures, and identify best practices. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and partner with Operations to reallocate resources to key sales and clienteling pillars.
Talent
Recruit, hire, and develop a winning team to build a best‑in‑class service and selling organization. Partner with the Line Manager and Human Resources to create Individual Development Plans, provide continuous training, coaching, and feedback, and recognize performance to enhance engagement.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer‑related experience (e.g., hospitality) – Minimum of 8 years
- Proven track record in sales generation and achievement of sales results
- Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint), client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) system
- Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (e.g., sales floor, operations)
- Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is based
- Some familiarity with jewelry, watches, clocks, and silver products is a plus
