Writes, reviews, and approves solution designs, technical specifications, and solution frameworks
Translates business processes into STEP technology requirements
Understands and applies technology best practices for integration/APIs and business rules
Drives new processes and the adoption of good practices
Manages and creates data mappings between STEP and integration points (ETL/ESB, XML, STEPXML)
Develops complex business rules for pre/post processing or application workflows; performs code reviews
Works with System Administrators to troubleshoot platform, solution, and performance issues
Must Have:
Solid understanding of multi-domain MDM concepts, data relationships, and database architecture
Experience with integration technologies, data mapping, and APIs
Thorough understanding of system design principles and cloud computing architecture
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
Experience with agile methodologies and best practices for development and project execution
STEP training and experience from previous projects
