ICBC is seeking a Technical Specialist in the Operational Resilience team to administer and enhance ICBC’s Splunk platform, provide secondary support for other observability tools, and improve monitoring practices across the enterprise.

You will lead Splunk administration, support cloud observability with Dynatrace/SCOM/Aternity, and design monitoring solutions to boost service reliability and incident response. Hybrid work model with strong collaboration across teams.
