Software Project Lead

Role description

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Software Project Lead / Product Owner to join our team in the Eindhoven region. This role combines technical leadership with product ownership responsibilities, ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

As a Software PL/PO , your main tasks will include:

• Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including developers, testers, and architects.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team performance.
• Ensure clear communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Lead.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in: C, C++ and python .
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Experience managing software development teams and delivering complex technical projects.
