Fareham – Hybrid with one day a week in the office and 4 days WFH

Your new opportunity…

This is a blended role, where you’ll be line managing individuals, contributing to the codebase, monitoring performance and owning the standard of development, ensuring long-term performance and productivity.
A key part of this role will be fostering and promoting a collaborative, productive environment where your reports are motivated to share ideas and improve process.
You’ll be reporting into the C-suite and will have visible influence over how this part of the business runs.

Although extremely well established with a huge customer base, they are continuing to grow and develop new products whilst embracing AI and it’s capabilities.
What you’ll bring…

You’ve come from a strong development background but your passion now lies in people management and inspiring others.
Some skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
Strong experience (2+ years) of managing a development team.
A background in hands on Software Development and experience in the following tech stack: C#, .NET, Azure, SQL.
The ability the communicate with individuals at different levels, from junior developers to the CEO.
What’s in it for you?

Salary for this role is £90,000 – 100,000 basic. It’s a hybrid role with one day a week in their office in Fareham and 4 days from home.
