Position Overview

The Site Superintendent oversees day‑to‑day site operations and ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to CCR's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on‑site construction activities.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, materials, and schedules.
• Maintain site documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues and make timely decisions.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson certification
• Experience as a Superintendent
• Strong leadership and communication skills
