What you'll do:

• Troubleshoot, maintain & install cutting-edge sensor and automation technology
• Support our clients with expert advice and smart solutions
• Promote service products like contracts and spare parts
• Report insights from the field to improve customer success
• Occasionally join international projects & be part of our 24/7 standby duty

What we ask:

• Technical background (electronics, automation, mechatronics, etc.)
• Structured, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to support clients when needed
• VCA Basic certificate (or willing to obtain it)
