Senior Software Engineer (.NET / AWS)Location: Manchester / HybridSalary: Up to 75,000 + benefitsThe RoleWe are looking to hire experienced Senior Software Engineers to join a growing engineering function. You'll play a key role in designing and building scalable, cloud-native applications that support a rapidly evolving digital product suite.Working closely with the wider engineering team, product managers, and stakeholders, you'll contribute across the full development lifecycle - from architecture and design through to deployment and optimisation.This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking, collaborative team with a strong engineering culture and modern tech stack.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain applications using .NET technologies (C#)Build and deploy scalable systems within AWS cloud environmentsContribute to architecture and technical decision-makingWork closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver featuresChampion best practice, code quality, and mentoring within the teamImprove system performance, reliability, and scalabilitySupport CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processesRequired ExperienceStrong commercial experience with .NET / C#Hands-on experience with AWS (essential)Experience building scalable, distributed systemsStrong understanding of APIs and microservices architectureExposure to CI/CD and DevOps ways of workingAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamDesirable SkillsExperience with Docker / KubernetesKnowledge of event-driven systemsAny frontend exposure (React / Angular) is a bonusExperience in a regulated environment (nice to have)What's on OfferSalary up to 75,000Hybrid working in ManchesterStrong engineering culture and collaborative teamOpportunity to influence technical directionClear progression opportunitiesInterested?Please submit your CV to Chrissie Rehman at DCS Recruitment via the link provided.
