This role is a current vacancy , and we are actively seeking a candidate to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Own Braze as the technical and product SME, driving platform strategy, configuration, and best practices.
• Build and maintain integrations connecting Braze with player accounts, sportsbook, casino, CRM, data platforms, and third-party services.
• Design player data models, events, attributes, segments, subscriptions, and environments to support personalised engagement.
• Lead Braze implementations and migrations, ensuring reliable data, smooth cutovers, and minimal disruption to player communications.
• Build pipelines that keep player profiles, wagering activity, events, and segments accurate and up to date.
• Partner with CRM, Marketing, and Product to turn player engagement requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Monitor platform usage, campaign performance, deliverability, and data consumption to identify opportunities and improve effectiveness.
• Evaluate and support adjacent platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDPs.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, consent, and responsible gaming requirements.
• Document architecture, integrations, and runbooks while supporting monitoring and incident response for critical marketing systems.

Salary: $120,000-$150,000 CAD
