The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a Quantity Surveying Director, supporting the delivery of a diverse range of new premises through modular healthcare facilities, including large scale projects that are not always healthcare focused.
In addition to project delivery, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on a client-facing role, while also mentoring and managing more junior members of the quantity surveying team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
MRICS preferred, but not essential
Completed a Construction or RICS related degree
Worked a PQS / Consultancy environment
Strong pre and post contract experience
Client facing
Healthcare project experience is a plus
