Senior Project Manager - Hyperscale Data Centre

Location: Horndal, Sweden

Package: Competitive Salary + Full Living Allowance

I'm currently supporting a global leading contractor in building the founding delivery team for a brand new hyperscale data centre campus in Horndal, Sweden.

This is a unique opportunity to join the project before construction has commenced, giving you the chance to influence the delivery strategy, establish the project team, and play a key role from the very beginning of one of Europe's next major hyperscale developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of a large scale hyperscale data centre project from pre-construction through to completion.
• Manage project planning, programme, budget, quality and commercial performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and the wider project team.
• Ensure the highest standards of health & safety, quality and compliance are maintained.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Drive programme performance to ensure milestones are achieved safely, on time and within budget.
• Mentor and develop project and site management teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects as a Senior Project Manager.
• Data centre, mission‑critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or other highly regulated construction experience is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams on complex construction projects.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to be based in Horndal, Sweden.
