WSP NL is seeking a Senior HR Business Manager to lead the HR agenda for the Netherlands and Belgium, partnering with senior leaders, and driving organizational change and workforce effectiveness as the company grows in Northern Europe.
The role covers HR operations, process improvements, analytics, and collaboration with the NL HR team, Talent Acquisition, and the Central Europe HR WSP team. ERP/Oracle implementation and ADP payroll go live in coming years.
