ElectricalDesign Engineer
to contribute to the design and integration of electricalsystems for mobile and containerized applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Designand develop
cable harnesses and circuit layouts
formission-critical systems.
Engineer
DC and AC power distribution
solutions, including auxiliarybattery, inverter, solar panel, and charger selection.
Specifyand integrate
vehicle alternator sensing chargers, AC transformerisolators, and grounding solutions .
Selectand implement
fuses, MCBs, RCDs, and RCBOs
to ensure systemprotection and compliance.
Supportthe
BID process
by generating cost estimates for power, data,coaxial, and optical cable designs based on customer requirements.
Developtechnical documentation, including
electrical specifications, FAT, SAT,and test procedures .
Assistin
component selection
and maintain records within the company’s
MRPsystem .
Ideal Candidate:
Strongbackground in
electrical system design
within a defence orgovernment-related environment.
Experiencewith
power distribution, circuit protection, and mobile/containerizedsystem integration .
Proficiencyin electrical design software and an understanding of
industrystandards and compliance .
Abilityto work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Excellentattention to detail and problem-solving skills.
