A leading global online delivery platform is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their dynamic team in Amsterdam. This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategic decisions across the organization, working on complex, high-impact projects that touch multiple business domains and technical platforms.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead company-wide analysis of business requirements, processes, and IT systems. You will identify trends, conduct market research, and translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights. You’ll also play a mentoring role for junior analysts, sharing knowledge and fostering best practices across the team.
Responsibilities
- Identify emerging tools and techniques in business analysis and recommend innovative approaches to management.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements, processes, and IT systems across the organization.
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and teams.
- Diagnose intricate business problems, anticipating implementation obstacles and designing practical solutions.
- Coach and provide guidance to junior Business Analysts.
- Develop and implement analytical methods, systems, and techniques to drive business insight.
- Collect, prepare, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform business decisions.
- Identify market trends, conduct research, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing, business intelligence, and cross-departmental initiatives.
Knowledge & Experience
- Proven experience in business analysis within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into insights that drive decision‑making.
- Experience leading projects with substantial business impact.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools, data modeling, and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
