Senior Incident Response Specialist (Multiple Opportunities)
We are expanding a high‑end Cyber Defence & Incident Response capability and are looking for senior specialists who thrive in complex, mission‑critical environments. About the Opportunity
You will operate at the center of major security incidents within a highly advanced technology landscape where IT, OT, cloud, and engineering environments intersect. Incidents rarely follow a script; this team handles cases that require creativity, strong analysis, and the ability to act when tooling provides limited answers. You will help improve detection, response, automation, and threat‑hunting capabilities.
What You Will Do
Depending on role direction:
Technical / Hands‑On Focus
- Lead investigations for high‑impact incidents
- Perform forensics, log analysis, and threat hunting
- Identify root causes and propose structural improvements
- Enhance detection logic, workflows, and automation
Coordinator / Lead‑Oriented Focus
- Direct and prioritize incident response activities
- Guide and mentor IR/SOC analysts
- Communicate with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Contribute to maturity roadmaps and IR strategy
What You Bring
- 5–10+ years in IR, DFIR, SOC Tier‑2/3, threat hunting, or cyber defense
- Strong technical background (forensics, EDR/XDR, SIEM, network/cloud security)
- Experience coordinating or leading incident investigations
- Analytical mindset, strong communication under pressure, ownership mentality
