Setup: Freelance (Daily Rate / Limited Company / Umbrella / Sole Trader)
Location: Veldhoven
We're looking for an experienced Program Lead to drive a critical SAP Security and SE16 Remediation programme, assessing current system usage, defining remediation strategies, and coordinating cross-functional delivery to achieve a compliant, secure, and sustainable future-state solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end SE16 remediation programme across multiple business functions.
- Assess existing SAP access and security use cases and identify remediation requirements.
- Define programme roadmaps, delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate delivery across Security, ERP, Analytics, and Business teams.
- Ensure governance, stakeholder alignment, and programme reporting throughout the lifecycle.
- Drive compliance-focused solutions that align with SAP security best practices.
- Support decision-making through effective programme management and stakeholder engagement.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience in Programme Leadership or similar roles.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation programmes.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Security and SAP Access Management.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders.
- Strong governance, risk management, and delivery coordination skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with SAP remediation or compliance programmes.
- Background working across Analytics and Business transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of SAP authorisations, controls, and audit requirements.
