What You'll Do
Make outbound and handle incoming calls to hit your sales and call goals
Partner with your Inside Sales Manager to help the company hit its income and expense targets by executing marketing strategies
Grow sales by managing promotional spending smartly within client guidelines
Meet or beat client goals for sales, distribution, and promotional volume, working cross-functionally to get it done
Bring fact-based, data-driven solutions to every customer conversation
Pursue incremental growth through volume-producing merchandising opportunities
Represent a manufacturer in the tobacco and nicotine products industry with professionalism and confidence
Who We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED required; must be 21+
Previous sales experience is a plus, but drive matters more
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Great interpersonal skills — people like talking to you
Organized, detail-oriented, and energized (not rattled) by a fast-paced environment
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and interruptions while staying focused on results
