Cedars Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, manage wound care, monitor complex conditions, and document accurately in the EMR. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, support rehab goals, educate residents and families, and promote safety and infection control.
