Reward Strategy Partner—Data-Driven Pay & Analytics
Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Reward Partner to support the development and execution of reward activity across the Bank's divisions. The role reports to the Head of Reward for BCB & CIB and requires strong analytics to drive data-led reward propositions and inform strategy.You'll build trusted relationships with People Partners and stakeholders, deliver annual pay and bonus activities, and support strategic initiatives such as changes and divestments, within a governed framework.
