BJAK is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to own technical direction and execution for major products and systems. This is a hands-on role where you will design systems, write code, and drive critical engineering work from idea to production.

You will drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers across teams, and raise the engineering bar by improving system design, testing, security, observability, and development practices in a remote, globally distributed environment.
