We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses to join our Rehab Unit, where you’ll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life. Job Summary The Registered Nurse provides safe, age-appropriate, and patient-centered care while serving as a key advisor and resource for patients and their families. As a collaborative member of the interdisciplinary care team, the RN: Conducts and documents comprehensive initial and ongoing patient assessments Identifies patient and family needs to guide individualized care planning Develops, implements, and documents patient-specific plans of care Provides education to patients and families to support recovery and independence Evaluates patient outcomes and adjusts care plans as needed Ensures care delivery aligns with professional nursing standards and best practices
Qualifications & Requirements Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR/BLS certification
Less than one (1) year of RN experience required (new grads encouraged to apply)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong understanding of the nursing process in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act Critical thinking and clinical judgment skills Basic proficiency with electronic medical records (Cerner preferred) and Microsoft Office Familiarity with medical terminology and standard clinical equipment Strong communication and patient education skills
