Sierra Medical Center in El Paso is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Float Pool, Per Diem Nights. In this flexible role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care across multiple inpatient units, supporting medical-surgical, telemetry, and step-down patients as census and acuity change. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, monitoring patient status, and responding to emergencies.

You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, contribute to care planning, and educate patients and families.
