Role description
Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is seeking a Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to lead behavioral services across multiple K–12 special-education programs. In this mission-driven role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, and guide implementation of ABA strategies in classrooms serving students with autism, emotional and behavioral challenges, and other special needs. You will train and coach teachers and staff, collaborate with families and districts, analyze data to drive decision-making, ensure compliance with IEPs and regulations, and support program development and clinical quality across your assigned region.
