What We're Looking For:
Education
:
2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program, required.
Experience
:
One year experience in diagnostic radiology, preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
NH Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility or Hospital Outpatient Department Certified and registered by ARRT in Radiography - RT(R) Required NH Medical Group Office Certified and registered by ARRT in Radiography - RT(R), required.
Additional Skills (required):
Thorough knowledge of radiographic equipment and accessories. Analytical ability and basic computer skills. Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to patient(s) age. Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient’s requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs. Good communication skills, capable of functioning alone in diagnostic rooms, working knowledge of various types of x-ray equipment, able to adapt to various situations and procedures.

NH Medical Registry-eligible in Radiography by ARRT
Certified and registered by ARRT in Radiography - RT (Required within 6 months of hire

What You'll Do:
Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures in a hospital setting, supporting patients across a variety of clinical needs and acuity levels.
Prepare, position, and educate patients while ensuring their safety, privacy, and comfort.
Operate radiographic equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
Perform portable, trauma, and other routine and specialized radiographic examinations as appropriate.
Follow radiation safety, ALARA, infection prevention, and hospital protocols.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide timely, high-quality patient care.
