License: Active WV License is required.
Board Certification: Required.
DEA Registration: Required.
Shift Type: Evenings F-M 12p-8p
Settings: Remote
Modalities: XR, CT, MR, US, NM
Subspecialty case mix: (80) ER, (5) MSK, (5) Neuro, (5) Nuc Med
Daily Volume Expectations (per 8 hr shift): Volume: 90-100 reads; wRVUs: 60-70
Self-Query NPDB report required at time of presentation (should be pulled within 30 days)
Credentialing: 90 days
Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes
