Project Engineer
Responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering activities to support successful project delivery
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for compliance and constructability
- Prepare and manage RFIs, technical submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and design consultants to resolve technical issues
- Support procurement activities through technical reviews, material approvals, and coordination of engineering deliverables
- Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and HSE requirements
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation using Common Data Environments (CDEs) and digital construction management platforms
- Support commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities
- Travel to project sites as required to provide technical support and monitor progress
Qualifications
- 3–5 years' experience as a Project Engineer within CSA, general construction, fit-out, or mission‑critical project
- Experience delivering data centre or other technically complex construction projects is desirable
- Strong understanding of engineering coordination, QA/QC processes, and construction methodologies
- Experience managing technical submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and drawing review
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, or other Common Data Environment (CDE) platform
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skill
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Full driving licence, willingness to travel, and excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are an advantage
