Project Manager — Complex Offshore Operations (ROV | Diving | Rope Access)

The Role

We are hiring a Project Manager to lead complex offshore projects involving ROV, diving, and rope access operations. This Project Manager role is hands‑on, you will own execution from tender handover to close‑out, controlling both commercial and technical delivery.

What You'll Do

• Drive safe, profitable execution of ROV, diving, and rope access campaigns
• Maintain full budgetary and contractual control; resolve client disputes
• Lead QHSE compliance, HIRA risk registers, and ISO / SCC (VCA) standards
• Coordinate planning, reporting, and site visits across disciplines
• Support tenders and contract negotiations with operational insight

What You Need

We value project complexity over years of experience. The ideal Project Manager will have:

• ROV, diving, or rope access experience is essential
• Strong commercial acumen and technical project controls
• QHSE awareness (HIRA, risk registers, ISO, VCA/SCC)
• Excellent English, organisational skills, and MS Office proficiency
