What You'll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safe and efficient operations
Monitor plant performance and implement process improvements
Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve operational issues
Support and develop team members through coaching and training
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards

Work Environment
This role is based in a cement manufacturing facility and involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments. The position requires walking, climbing, and exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels. Safety equipment and protocols are strictly followed.
