Key Responsibilities:
Deal origination and screening: identify and assess software investment opportunities through sector and financial analysis
Due diligence and execution: build financial models, conduct valuations, market and technology assessments, and support deal execution
Portfolio value creation: work with portfolio management to drive operational improvements, M&A, and growth initiatives
Sector research: develop insights into software trends and contribute to positioning the firm as a leading investor in technology
Candidate Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or consulting with a focus on software and technology
Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution
Solid understanding of enterprise software subsectors such as SaaS, fintech, compliance, and healthcare IT
Entrepreneurial mindset with collaborative approach, integrity, and pragmatic thinking
Exposure to high-growth software investments in premium segments
Work within a multi-strategy platform
Hands-on involvement in portfolio companies with a value-oriented, operational approach
Participation in upcoming flagship fundraisings and expansion initiatives
