Exciting opportunity for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a well-established, physician-owned group in a thriving New Mexico community. This is an ideal position for someone seeking a balanced schedule, strong earning potential, and a clear path to partnership.

Practice Highlights:
Physician-owned group with 4 partners
Established patient base with

predominantly commercial and Medicare patients

(minimal Medicaid)
Manageable patient volume: approximately

14–16 patients per day

(~2 per hour)
Flexibility to incorporate procedures based on your scope of practice
Flexible scheduling:

4- or 5-day work week

(8s or 10s available)
Phone-only call responsibilities
Partnership opportunity available after 2 years
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary: Up to $275,000
$20,000 sign-on bonus (forgiven over 3 years)
Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
$2,000 annual CME allowance
Paid malpractice and licensing
Generous PTO: 3 weeks vacation + 1 week CME
Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and Simple IRA
