The Learning Experience is looking for a passionate a Childcare Director to lead our Bon Air school. We're seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, heart, and strong leadership skills to create a culture where children thrive, teachers grow, and families feel at home.

What You'll Do
Lead a fun, engaging, and high-performing school culture where Happy Happens Here

Recruit, coach, and develop an exceptional team of educators

Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff

Ensure licensing compliance and maintain a safe, welcoming environment

Drive enrollment growth through tours, community partnerships, and family engagement

Oversee daily operations, staffing, payroll, and financial performance

Support teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum and creating meaningful learning experiences

You're a Great Fit If You:
Have at least 1 year of childcare center leadership experience (2+ years preferred)

Understand Virginia licensing regulations and center operations

Hold (or qualify for) Virginia Director credentials

Have a passion for early childhood education and team development

Bring a bubbly, positive, can-do attitude that inspires others

Love celebrating successes, building relationships, and creating memorable experiences for families and staff
