Задачи

• Design, build, and operate a multi-tenant Kubernetes platform;
• Drive the architecture and evolution of secure, isolated, and scalable multi-tenant Kubernetes environments;
• Contribute to cluster architecture, tenant isolation, and platform reliability improvements;
• Build and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructure on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS);
• Improve platform observability using OpenTelemetry and VictoriaMetrics;
• Implement and evolve networking solutions using Gateway API and Istio Ambient Mesh;
• Enforce platform security and governance using Kyverno policies;
• Manage GitOps-based deployment workflows using Flux;
• Work with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform;
• Participate in on-call rotations and operational excellence initiatives;
• Build iteratively in an agile environment.

Требования

• 1–4 Years of software engineering experience;
• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes;
• Understanding of cloud‑native infrastructure and distributed systems;
• Experience with observability, networking, or platform engineering concepts;
• Fundamentals in software engineering and system design;
• English B1;
• Nice to have: Experience with Go or TypeScript, interest in building AI agents or automation tooling for platform operations, passion for large‑scale distributed systems and platform engineering.
