Physical Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Position
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Experience in Home Health is required
Experience with HCHB/Oasis is preferred
Ability to manage a productivity expectation of 30 points/week
Experience with adult and geriatric populations is preferred
