Package Handler/Non-Driver

Role description

Job Duties

• To load and unload freight, scan, and sort freight within the facility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations (preferred)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrent training
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
• May be required to operate in a PC Windows environment
• If residing in Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English)
• Must possess a valid driver’s license (Class 5, G, or 1(AZ)) and a clean driving record (no more than two violations or accidents in the past 24 months)

Pay Range

Pay rate: $21 - Availability: Tuesday to Saturday
