Role description

Become an ISV/VAR Ecosystem Developer at OTT Pay Inc. Focus on innovative partnerships that drive fintech solutions and enhance market presence from our North York office.
This role requires a dynamic individual to enhance OTT Pay’s partnerships with Independent Software Vendors and Value-Added Resellers. You will develop business strategies, support partner enablement, and drive technical integration initiatives while measuring partner performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand ISV/VAR partnerships
• Identify and onboard new partner opportunities
• Create training and marketing resources for partners
• Collaborate on technical API and integration support
• Measure and optimize partnership performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 5+ years of fintech partner management experience
• 8+ years in Sales or Sales Operations
• Strong familiarity with payment systems and integrations
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
