Senior & Managing Database Consultants | Netherlands

We’re looking for Senior and Managing Consultants – Database Administration to join the Technologies practice of a global technology implementation and consulting partner .

You’ll work with clients on the development, maintenance and optimisation of business-critical applications . You’ll assess the impact of system changes, solve complex technical challenges and help ensure applications remain secure, available and compliant with the latest regulations.

You’ll become a trusted technical partner to your clients, often working on long-term assignments within the public sector , while collaborating with a strong international community of technology professionals.

This is a role for someone who enjoys getting to the bottom of complex problems — and doesn’t stop until the solution is found.

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL and Oracle (11g, 12c, 19c, preferably 21c)
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience with NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as OCA, OCP, OCM , or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A customer-focused and advisory mindset
• Experience working with business-critical systems , where security and reliability are key
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to share knowledge
• Minimum Dutch language proficiency: B2
